Charles Mady
Chief Executive Officer
As the founder and CEO of MADY, Charles has established diversified real estate operations throughout North America. Charles was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario and started in the real estate business in 1974 through the establishment of a small home building company based in Windsor. After modest beginnings, by 1977 the company had established itself as one of Windsor's largest home builders. In 2002, MADY opened a new Canadian head office in Toronto. Charles is active in all MADY operations including both the general contracting and development businesses. He continues to be responsible for determining the strategic direction for the company, and ensuring that his vision becomes reality.

Charles is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Ontario Land Economists.


David Mady
President
David has over 20 years of experience in real estate development. David began his career with MADY in 1992. He first worked as an Asset Manager overseeing the corporation's income producing portfolio. David's responsibilities then expanded to include all aspects of the commercial development side of the Corporation. In 2001, David assumed the role of President of the Corporation. He has overseen, and continues to do so today, the development of numerous commercial, retail and residential projects located throughout Ontario. Currently MADY has over two million square feet of retail, 2,000 condominium units and 2 luxury retirement facilities under development.

David holds a BA from the University of Windsor and is currently active with the University of Windsor MBA Project Connect Program providing MBA students with real world corporate experience.


Greg Puklicz
Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Greg joined MADY in 1990 in his current role as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Greg has actively participated in conducting financial analyses on existing and potential real estate projects, managed project budgets and project financing for all Mady projects, negotiated Joint Venture partnership agreements, and managed accounting, finance, construction and property management departments in both the Canadian and US offices. Greg has taken an active role in the development process for a multitude of projects including commercial/retail centres, conventional and tax credit financed multifamily housing, single family lot development, midrise and high rise condo development, mixed use development, condo conversions and commercial/residential construction.

Greg holds a BA from the University of Toronto ­ Trinity College, with majors in Commerce and Economics, and is a Certified Management Accountant.


Hal Kersey
MCIP, RPP
Vice President Planning
A graduate of the University of Windsor, Hal has been a Registered Professional Planner in Ontario since 1993. Hal has more than 25 years of experience in the land development industry in Ontario. His career in land development has included responsibilities in land information management, environmental planning, site plan design and giving evidence as an expert witness at Ontario Municipal Board hearings. Having managed a myriad of residential and commercial projects over the years, it is estimated that Hal has participated in the creation of over 3,000 residential units, and in excess of 2 million square feet of commercial building area. Hal was a guest lecturer in the University of Windsor's former land use planning program, and has been a presenter at the Canada Mortgage and Housing's annual housing outlook series.


Jonathan A. Mueller
Vice President Sales & Marketing
In his role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Jonathan oversees the marketing and sales of all Canadian residential and commercial projects, currently a portfolio of over $1Billion. During his tenure at MADY, Jonathan has worked in the company's planning and contracting divisions, and was the project manager on several of MADY's latest projects in the Greater Toronto Area. Jonathan has been involved in the design, marketing and sales of over 2,000 commercial and residential condominium units in projects ranging from $20,000,000 to $160,000,000. Jonathan continues to be actively involved in the design process of all high rise residential projects including building design, suite design and interior and exterior finishes. Jonathan is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario's Urban Development program and started his career with MADY as a summer student in 2002.


Marko A. Juricic
Senior Vice President
(MADY Contract Division Ltd.)
In this role as Senior Vice President, Marko is responsible for all general contracting operations for Canada’s 28th largest General Contractor.  Marko and his team not only build MADY projects but also serve as General Contractors to third parties such as Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire and Canada Post.  During his time at MADY, Marko has successfully delivered over 10,000,000 square feet of commercial space and 1,000,000 square feet of residential space.  Marko joined MADY in 1998 and has held various positions including Site Supervisor, Project Manager and Director of Operations.

Marko attended both the University of Windsor (Business) and St. Clair College (Civil Engineering Technologist).

Marko was the recipient of the Canadian Croatian Chamber of Commerce Executive of the Year Award in 2011.


Sylvain Rivet
Vice President, Development
Sylvain Rivet joined MADY in 2011 and has over 19 years of land development experience in all provinces across Canada. He has successfully completed over 15 million square feet of building construction and related improvements. Sylvain started his career in 1994 working for a civil engineering consulting firm that was actively involved in commercial retail and residential developments. From 2000 to 2011, Sylvain held senior leadership roles with national retailers in acquisitions and developments. He actively managed multiple projects from the site selection stage and followed them through to construction. During his career, he has gained vast experience in the negotiation of real estate documents, managing the due diligence and municipal entitlement processes and following through on real estate development strategies, capital plans and project schedules.

Sylvain is a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario and holds a B. Eng. in Civil Engineering from Lakehead University. He is an active member of the Professional Engineers Ontario and the International Council of Shopping Centres.
